Report Title: Mortgage Brokers & Solicitors; Insurance Producer Exemption
Description: With regard to mortgage broker and solicitor licensing, allows experience as a licensed insurance producer to substitute for experience in mortgage financing transactions where the licensed insurance producer only arranges mortgage loans with an insured depository institution, as defined in 12 U.S.C. section 1813(c)(2), that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of an insurer, or an affiliate of an insurer with which the insurance producer has an exclusive insurance agency relationship.
