Description: Expands the definition of "serious mental illness" to enable individuals afflicted with serious mental illness to access the necessary treatment by continuing the parity reimbursement and treatment requirements for serious mental illness. Adds delusional disorder, bipolar types I and II, major depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and dissociative disorder as serious mental illnesses.
