RELATING TO CONFORMITY OF THE HAWAII INCOME TAX LAW TO THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.

A bill for an act relating to conformity of the Hawaii income tax law to the Internal Revenue Code. Measure to amend Hawaii's income tax law to conform with the changes to the Internal Revenue Code.

RELATING TO UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.

Repeals statutory provisions which provide for the permanent escheatment of unclaimed property to the State.

RELATING TO EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS.

Establishes that deputy directors and special assistant positions of executive departments not specifically authorized by statute are subject to position justification requirements and legislative review.
