A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to capital improvements PERTAINiNG TO HIGHER EDUCATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2004-2005, for the capital improvement projects listed in this Act:
A. University of Hawaii—systemwide
Plans, design, and construction for capital renewal and deferred maintenance.
