The fee amount that the school may charge a home-schooled student for participation in a particular activity shall be equivalent to the fee amount the school charges an enrolled student to participate in the same activity; provided that if any fee is collected pursuant to this subsection for participation in an activity, the fee shall be used to fund the particular activity for which it is charged and shall not be expended for any other purposes.

(d) The department shall not be responsible for transportation of the home-schooled student from the student's home to the site of the extracurricular and co-curricular activity.

(e) The State shall not be liable for any incident occurring or injuries sustained by the home-schooled student during the period of time the student is in transit from home to the site of the extracurricular or co-curricular activity.
