Description: Assists not-for-profit private nonsectarian and sectarian elementary schools, secondary schools, colleges, and universities that serve the general public by authorizing the State to issue special purpose revenue bonds for their benefit. Contingent upon ratification of constitutional amendment authorizing the same. (CD1)
