Measure Title: RELATING TO TIME SHARING PLANS.
Report Title: Time Sharing Plans; Condominium Property Regimes; Disclosures; Geographic Limitations
Description: Amends requirements concerning delivery of developer's public report and disclosure abstract of time share plan or project; permits the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to authorize independent contractors to invite others to time-share sales presentations; allows time sharing units and plans on property in a county with a population in excess of 500,000, where an existing hotel is a valid non-conforming use under county ordinance; provided that hotel has at least sixty units and forty per cent are available for sale as residential apartments.
