RELATING TO RENEWABLE PORTFOLIO STANDARDS.

Establishes green marketing programs for electricity generated from wind, solar, biomass, and hydropower facilities. (INOUYE, CHUN OAKLAND, ENGLISH)

RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL PARKS ON PUBLIC LANDS.

Allows for the direct negotiation of leases or master leases on industrial parks developed under a joint venture or development agreement. (BUNDA B/R)

Persons wishing to testify should submit 25 copies of their testimony to the committee clerk, Room 201, State Capitol 24 hours prior to the hearing.
