Report Title: Hawaiian Home Lands Trust

Description: Extends the Hawaiian Home Lands Trust Individual Claims Review Panel until December 31, 2001. Establishes that the value of lands (Villages at Laiopua and Kapolei) transferred to DHHL for settlement of claims under Chapter 673, HRS, shall be instead credited and used to resolve claims under Chapter 674, HRS.
