Report Title: Escrow Depositories

Description: Makes amendments to the escrow depository law authorizing the Commissioner of Financial Institutions to protect the confidentiality of certain depository information, and waive fees. The Commissioner is also authorized to set fees for the establishment, relocation, and voluntary termination of depositories, and for requested searches, reviews, or segregation of agency records. Revises and standardizes procedures for voluntary termination of escrow depository operations. (HB2466 HD1)
