        fireworks to the department of health and the police 
        department of the county in which the person was

SB 2165    RELATING TO NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS.          HLT, CPC
SD 1       Authorizes naturopathic physicians to perform physical
SSCR 2749  examinations required of children entering school for
        the first time. (Chun Oakland)

SD 2       Establishes licensure for professional counselors 
SSCR 2737  effective July 1, 2001. (Chun Oakland)

SB 2434    RELATING TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE.              HLT/PSM, FIN
SD 2       Establishes a substance abuse multi-agency
SSCR 2774  coordinating council within the department of health
        to develop statewide policy guidelines regarding 
        education, prevention, and treatment programs; 
        provides funding sources and mechanisms. (Matsunaga)
