SB 2707       RELATING TO ADMINISTRATIVE REVOCATION OF              TIA,JDC
           DRIVER'S LICENSE
           Incorporates zero tolerance  provisions for persons
           under 21 into  the  administrative driver's license
           revocation process. (Kawamoto)

SB 2318       RELATING TO ADMINISTRATIVE REVOCATION OF              TIA,JDC
           DRIVER'S LICENSES
           Amends   the   law   relating   to   administrative
           revocation   of   driver's   license   to   include
           revocation  of  all   motor  vehicle  registrations
           iissued to a  driver  who  has  been convicted of a
           previous violation of  driving  under the influence
           of intoxicating liquors or habitually driving under
           the influence of liquor or drugs. (Kawamoto)

SB 2403       RELATING TO ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLES                  TIA,WAM
           Increases the maximum amount  of the additional fee
           assessed   for   motor   vehicle   certificates  of
           registration to be  used for highway beautification
           and the disposal of abandoned vehicles. (Chun)
