                   A  BILL  FOR  AN  ACT

RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
   THIRD REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 1      SECTION 1.  The following sums, or so much thereof as shall
 
 2 be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are
 
 3 hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of
 
 4 Hawaii for fiscal year 1999-2000.
 
 5 1.   To be expended by the department of accounting and general
 
 6 services:
 
 7      A.   Keaukaha school, Hawaii
 
 8           Design, construction, and equipment for a cafeteria
 
 9           with a prep kitchen.
 
10           Design                                      $   185,000
 
11           Construction                                  2,275,000
 
12           Equipment                                        75,000
 
13           Total funding                                 2,535,000
 
14      B.   Keaukaha school, Hawaii
 
15           Design, construction, and equipment for a library.
