RELATING TO EDUCATION

By Representative(s) SAY (BR)

Companion Bill: SB 1270

Subjects: Governor

Keywords: CURRICULUM, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, EDUCATION, SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL ATTENDANCE

Report Title: Education

Description: Deletes the unfeasible rigid time provision which mandates that no less than 50% of each school day be devoted to oral expression, written composition, and the spelling of the English language.
