HB 839     RELATING TO THE GENERAL EXCISE                 EEP,FIN
        TAXATION OF WASTEWATER LEASING
        Exempts from the general excise tax amounts received
        by an operator of a wastewater facility from any
        county.

HB 1595    RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE    EEP,FIN
        REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST WASTE PROCESSING ENTERPRISES
        Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue
        bonds to assist waste processing enterprises.

HB 858     RELATING TO WASTEWATER                         EEP,FIN
        Creates a special fund for the board of certification
        to certify individuals to operate wastewater treatment
        plants.

HB 1277    RELATING TO WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES    EEP,FIN
        Excludes from definition of public utility any
        facility that reclaims wastewater provided that at
        least 10 per cent of the wastewater processed is used
        by a state or county agency.



 
HB 1548    RELATING TO WASTEWATER REUSE                   EEP,FIN
        Defines "recycled water" and "reclaimed water" as
        water, which, as a result of treatment of waste, is
        suitable for a direct beneficial use or a controlled
        use that would not otherwise occur and is therefore
        considered a valuable resource.

HB 207     RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT           EEP/WLU,FIN
        STATEMENTS
        Requires the preparation of an environmental
        assessment for actions which propose any use of land
        when the use is subject to discretionary approval by a
        state or county agency.
