Honorable Norman Mizuguchi
President of the Senate
Twentieth State Legislature
Regular Session of 1999
State of Hawaii

Your Committee on Judiciary, to which was referred H.B. No.

begs leave to report as follows:

The purpose of this bill is to develop a commercial hunting
industry in the State.

Specifically, the bill allows nonresident aliens to bring a

Citizens' Rights PAC. The Manager of Lanai Pine Sporting Clays
and two individuals submitted comments on the bill.
