WHEREAS, according to the Department of Education, in most
situations, coaches are not compensated adequately; and

WHEREAS, another idea is to establish a differential
compensation for coaches who are certified teachers and coaches
who are not certified teachers; and

WHEREAS, there may be other ideas to fairly and equitably
address the problem of low coaches' compensation; now,
  therefore,
