Measure Title: RELATING TO PRE-SENTENCE REPORTS.
Report Title: Department of Public Safety; Judiciary; Pre-Sentence Reports; Compensation
Description: Amends the law as it relates to the disposition of convicted defendants by deleting the Intake Service Center as an agency responsible for preparing the pre-sentence diagnosis and report for defendants and for giving notice of the crime victim compensation act and other restitution procedures. Effective July 1, 2012. (HB2598 HD1)
