Report Title: Disabled Persons; Parking; Placards and Plates; Confiscation
Description: Establishes a misdemeanor offense for unauthorized sale or purchase of a disability parking permit. Clarifies law enforcement authority to confiscate altered, invalid, or unauthorized disability parking permits. (SB975 HD1)
