Measure Title:	RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSING.
Report Title:	Expiration of Motor Vehicle Licenses
Description:	Requires that a driver's license issued to a person who is an unspecified years of age or older, at the time of issuance, shall expire on the licensee's unspecified birthday, or two years from the date of license issuance, whichever is later in time. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
