Measure Title:	RELATING TO THE LAHAINA FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT.
Report Title:	General Obligation Bonds; CIP Projects; Lahaina Flood Control Project; Appropriation ($)
Description:	Authorizes the issuance of GO bonds and appropriates funds for the Lahaina flood control project. Requires the appropriation to be a match for an appropriation by the county of Maui for the project in the amount of at least twenty per cent of the project's estimated cost. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
