Measure Title: RELATING TO HOSPITAL EMERGENCY COMPASSIONATE CARE FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIMS.
Report Title: Hospital Emergency Compassionate Care; Emergency Contraception
Description: Establishes a new part in chapter 321, HRS, to ensure that victims of sexual assault are provided with medically and factually unbiased information about and access to emergency contraception when receiving emergency medical care at Hawaii's hospitals for sexual assaults. (SD1)
