Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH.
Report Title: Preceptors; Healthcare Preceptor Tax Credit; Preceptor Credit Assurance Committee; Certificate of Need
Description: Amends the definition of "preceptor" and "volunteer-based supervised clinical training rotation" to improve accessibility for providers to receive income tax credits for acting as preceptors. Include the director of health on the preceptor credit assurance committee. Amends the criteria for certificate of need review to including the relationship to the existing health care system of the area. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
