Report Title: Civil Service Conversion; State Historic Preservation Division
Description: Makes hiring of technical and professional staff in accordance with civil service laws by the state historic preservation division mandatory. Sunsets civil service exemptions for positions created after July 1, 2014, three years after enactment unless affirmatively extended by the legislature. (CD1)
