Report Title: Durable Medical Equipment Supplier Licensing and Patient Protection Program; Office of Health Care Assurance; Appropriation ($)
Description: Establishes licensure requirement for durable medical equipment suppliers through an annual inspection by the Office of Health Care Assurance. Appropriates funds to administer the Durable Medical Equipment Supplier Licensing and Patient Protection Program. Exempts licensing provisions from sunrise review. (SB307 HD2)
