Measure Title: RELATING TO PROCUREMENT.
Report Title: Procurement; Automation System; Transaction Fees; Qualified Community Rehabilitation Programs; Appropriation ($)
Description: Authorizes the state procurement administrator to develop and administer procurement automation systems including methods to assess, charge, and collect a transaction fee for the use of the procurement automation systems to cover procurement automation system costs. Deletes language regarding qualified community rehabilitation programs made redundant by Act 55, SLH 2021. Appropriates funds for hiring of staff. (CD1)
