Report Title: Highway; Safety; Motor Vehicle Inspections; Motor Carrier Vehicle Inspections
Description: Expands authority of the Director of Transportation over required motor vehicle and motor carrier vehicle inspections in the State. Reduces the amount of insurance information required on an inspection certificate. (SD1)
