Measure Title: RELATING TO THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE.
Report Title: Rights of Children in Foster Care
Description: Replaces the guiding principles for children in foster care under the Child Protective Act with the rights of children in foster care, which preserves the current rights of children in foster care and provides certain additional rights. Clarifies that the rights of children in foster shall not give rise to a private cause of action for a violation of any right under the applicable law. (CD1)
