Measure Title: RELATING TO CHARTER SCHOOLS.
Report Title: Charter Schools; Fees
Description: Establishes requirements for meeting minutes. Authorizes charter schools to assess fees and charges for co-curricular activities. Clarifies that revocation and nonrenewal proceedings shall not be subject to chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Exempts certain adjudicatory functions of the state public charter school commission for opening meeting requirements under certain circumstances. (SD1)
