Measure Title: RELATING TO TAXATION.
Report Title: General Excise Tax; Use Tax; Department of Education; Special Account
Description: Increases the general excise tax and use tax from four per cent to five per cent and requires that additional revenue collected from the general excise tax increase be deposited into a special account in the general fund for department of education operations, including salaries and maintenance costs. (SD1)
