Description: Allows the governor to negotiate land exchanges to acquire lands suitable for long-term diversified agricultural production in return for state lands to be developed for affordable, workforce, and other housing. Requires legislative approval for the land exchanges. Report to the Legislature. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
