Measure Title: RELATING TO HIGHWAY SAFETY.
Report Title: Highway Safety; Photo Red Light Imaging; Appropriation ($)
Description: Establishes the Photo Red Light Imaging Detector Systems Program (Program). Authorizes counties to administer the Program. Requires proceeds of fines to be expended in the county from which they were collected for operation of the Program. Makes an appropriation. Establishes a Red Light Running Committee. (SB221 HD1)
