Report Title: Judiciary Package; Juveniles; Room Confinement; Detention;
Description: Requires certain children under family court jurisdiction to be taken without unnecessary delay to the court or place of shelter designated by the court. Establishes conditions and time limits for placing a minor in room confinement at a detention or adult jail facility. (CD1)
