Measure Title:	RELATING TO PROCUREMENT.
Report Title:	Procurement Officers; Education and Training; Appropriation ($)
Description:	Requires every government procurement officer to attend initial training by the state procurement office and regular follow-up training as determined by the state procurement office. Appropriates funds for the acquisition of a learning management system and for one full-time equivalent position to develop and implement a procurement training program. (SD1)
