Report Title: Licensure; Midwives; Board of Midwifery; Certified Midwives; Certified Professional Midwives
Description: Establishes the board of midwifery to regulate the practice of midwifery by certified midwives and certified professional midwives. Requires licensing of certified midwives and certified professional midwives to commence beginning on July 1, 2020. Requires the department of commerce and consumer affairs to convene a working group of interested stakeholders and submit a report to the legislature. Effective July 1, 2050. (SD2)
