Report Title: Small Boat Harbors; Permit; Waitlist
Description: Clarifies the requirements for obtaining a small boat harbor use permit to specify the documentary requirements to obtain a permit or to be placed on the permit waitlist. Authorizes vessel inspections by the DLNR to satisfy permit requirements. (CD1)
