Report Title: Public Charter Schools; Financial Insolvency; Closure
Description: Construes the financial insolvency of a public charter school to be a surrender of its charter. Requires the authorizer to adopt a closure protocol when a public charter school becomes financially insolvent. (HB831 CD1)
