Measure Title: RELATING TO INFRASTRUCTURE.
Report Title: Broadband; Small Wireless or Wireline Facilities; Siting Process; State-owned and County-owned Utility Poles or Light Standards; Permits
Description: Establishes a collocation permitting, application, review and approval process for telecommunications companies proposing to install broadband infrastructure on solely state-owned or solely county-owned utility poles or light standards. Establishes the siting process. Takes effect on 5/22/2050. Applies to permit applications filed with the State or county after 1/1/2019. (SD2)
