Report Title: Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment; Administrative Order; Report
Description: Authorizes and establishes criteria for administrative orders to provide inpatient psychiatric treatment to an involuntarily committed patient over the patient's objection. Requires DOH and DPS to make recommendations for an administrative process applicable to persons subject to DPS jurisdiction. (HB554 CD1)
