Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH.
Report Title: Comprehensive Sex Education
Description: Specifies additional elements in Hawaii's existing sexuality health education law, including additional criteria regarding implementation of sexuality health education instruction. Requires the Department of Education to provide certain types of information to the public and parents. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
