Measure Title: RELATING TO OPERATING A VEHICLE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AN INTOXICANT.
Report Title: OVUII Offenses; DOH; State Drug and Alcohol Toxicology Testing Laboratory; Special Fund
Description: Establishes a state drug and alcohol toxicology testing laboratory special fund, to be administered by DOH. Allows moneys in the state highway fund to be expended to establish a state drug and alcohol toxicology testing laboratory. Deposits into the special fund fines imposed on offenders convicted of certain offenses involving operation of a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant. Requires expenditure reports to the legislature. Abolishes the special fund on 6/30/2026. (CD1)
