Measure Title: RELATING TO MEDICAL CANNABIS.
Report Title: Description:
Description: Medical Cannabis Omnibus Bill. Extends the time that a qualifying patient's certification is valid. Acknowledges patient-relationship in practice of telehealth. Allows for safe inhalation of cannabis products in prescribed devices. Increases the tetrahydrocannabinol limit per package. Exempts background checks of employees under certain conditions. Establishes a reciprocity program for visiting patients.
