Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH.
Report Title: Tobacco; Tobacco Products; Electronic Smoking Devices; Minimum Age; Tobacco Sales
Description: Prohibits the sale or furnishing of tobacco products, including electronic smoking devices, to persons under twenty-five years of age. Increases the minimum age from twenty-one years of age to twenty-five years of age for purchase and possession of tobacco products, including electronic smoking devices and increases fines. Takes effect on 7/1/2050. (HD1)
