Measure Title: RELATING TO AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES TO LEASE PASTURE LANDS ON TERMS THAT PROMOTE COLLABORATIVE BENEFICIAL USE FOR FORESTRY, WILDLIFE, RECREATIONAL, AND FOOD PRODUCTION PURPOSES.
Report Title: Public Lands; Leasing for Pasture Use; Land Use Commission; Disposition
Description: Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to amend and extend existing pasture leases and to issue new pasture leases by negotiation in furtherance of public purposes. Requires DLNR and DOA to identify potentially transferable lands whose land use classification is at dispute and petition the land use commission for a determination. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
