Report Title: Mortgage Rescue Fraud Prevention Act; Mortgage Rescue Fraud; Mortgage Assistance Relief Services; Distressed Property Owners
Description: Makes numerous amendments to Hawaii's mortgage rescue fraud prevention act, chapter 480E, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for consistency with the federal Mortgage Assistance Relief Services Rule. (SD1)
