Report Title: Motion Picture, Digital Media, and Film Infrastructure Tax Credit; Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism
Description: Creates a nonrefundable twenty percent film infrastructure tax credit. Requires that the film infrastructure project must spend an unspecified amount on buildings, facilities, or installations. Caps the credit at an unspecified amount per year. Effective 10/18/2050. (HD1)
