Measure Title:	RELATING TO ELECTRIC UTILITIES.
Report Title:	Electric Utilities; Counties; Powers and Limitations
Description:	Gives counties the power to manage property required to operate electric utilities and to acquire such property through eminent domain or other means allowed by law. Excludes electric utilities owned and operated by a county from the definition of "public utility" and regulation by the PUC. (HB2136 HD1)
