Measure Title: RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
Report Title: Environment; Environmental Assessments; Environmental Impact Statements; Sea Level Rise; Environmental Council
Description: Requires the Environmental Council to adopt and maintain rules requiring all environmental assessments and environmental impact statements prepared pursuant to chapter 343, HRS, to include consideration of sea level rise based upon the best available scientific data regarding sea level rise. (HB2106 CD1)
