Report Title: Income Tax Credit; Renewable Fuels; Ethanol Facility Tax Credit; Appropriation ($)
Description: Establishes a renewable fuels production income tax credit. Repeals the ethanol facility tax credit. Appropriates funds for DBEDT to administer an annual survey on the tax credit. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
