Measure Title: RELATING TO LOBBYING EXPENDITURES.
Report Title: Ethics Commission Package; Lobbyists; Expenditures ($)
Description: Broadens the term "expenditures" by removing the exemption for expenses relating to the preparation of testimony before a legislative or administrative hearing. Requires a lobbyist's statement of expenditures to include total expenditures, rather than expenditures over $750. (HB181 HD1)
